You can still create an account and use our free tier from any country, but upgrading to a paid plan currently requires a UK billing address.
Businesses
We can handle business international purchases on a case by case basis, please go to the Upgrade page and follow the "contact us" steps.
General Public
At the moment we only support billing in the UK - we check both the account country that you have configured and the country you enter on the payment method - these must both be "United Kingdom".
The EU and US are next on our supported list, followed by a list of countries by demand.
